My suggestion is:
* Move the current contents on http://el.opensuse.org/Weekly_news
  to http://el.opensuse.org/Archive:Weekly_news_150
* Use Redirect function on http://el.opensuse.org/Weekly_news
  For example, just write:
  #REDIRECT [[Archive:Weekly_news_150]]
  on http://el.opensuse.org/Weekly_news
  Refer to: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Redirects
* After the translation will be done, create
  http://el.opensuse.org/Archive:Weekly_news_151
  and update http://el.opensuse.org/Weekly_news like:
  #REDIRECT [[Archive:Weekly_news_151]]
* ... and so force.

Then, Greek readers who come to http://el.opensuse.org/Weekly_news can
always read the latest translation.

I think this might be the better and smarter way. ;-)
