Hmm, where to put it? Old or new wiki?

Only put stuff in the new wiki if you want to participate in the
transition and if you want to learn about the concept of the new wiki.
Otherwise use the old one.

But where should I create the page? I find the marketing portal,
http://wiki.opensuse.org/Portal:Marketing
Should I create http://wiki.opensuse.org/Team/11_3_Launch (according to the
11.2 launch)?

No sub-pages except where it makes sense is one of the big new things in
the new wiki. Bringing order into content does not happen in the URL. It
happens with wiki features like namespaces, categorization or
navigational bars. Please read http://wiki.opensuse.org/Portal:Wiki and
if you still have questions contact us. See
http://wiki.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Wiki_team#Communicate how.
