I don't have a detailed opinion about this, i bet people on
opensuse-web@xxxxxxxxxxxx have. I only have a strong opinion about you
doing your own thing, on your own server, under your own domain, in your
own style when the openSUSE Project has its startpage, a server, a
domain and a style for it.

And this can easily be extended. It can be molded into what you want it
to be. You can add features, change the layout, display other things and
so on. Please, just instead of spending your time and effort on your own
thing engage with the www.o.o people and help to make the frontpage
better! You obviously have interest in this :)
