1) Counter is in my web browser visible after some scrolling that moves text 
in central part of the web page talking about released and development version 
out of sight,
2) It is time to move counter next to the text abut development version. 
It could be smaller, to fit there without destroying page layout, but it 
should be there, not at the right bottom of the page, out of sight.
