That's right. However, as long as we use modern browsers like Firefox[1] or Opera[2], we have a chance to confirm the destination URL by placing the mouse cursor over the link before clicking. I don't know exactly *all* modern browsers have such a feature or not, though. But we usually don't mind who wrote the article on the Wiki and are likely to trust that all links there are 'safe'. Therefore, I think putting tinyurl on the everyone-editable Wiki page is more dangerous than putting original URLs.
