Issue #59 ready for translation

Hi @all!

Issue 59 of the openSUSE Weekly News is ready for translation [0].
You can see/update the status of your language at the "whats ready page"
We collected some FAQ here [2].

I've attached the en.txt for the translation-tool as file. The en59.txt
is in gobby too.

- Announcements (Section deleted. No Posts)
- Status Updates/Board (Section deleted. No Posts)
- Security Updates (Section empty. No Security Updates. We leave the
Section empty).
- Statistics (Pending. We're waiting for Beineri)
- Number from News.o.o Posting is included (Thanks to Jan)
