Indeed. It's much more readable. :-)

But, I'd like to ask you "Is it easy to edit ?"

See the attached screenshot 'editing.jpg'. It's my working environment.
I can't easily find where to fill [[Image:*.png]]. :-(   So I explained
why do I think we need to add number in each column.

But, Piotrek, you gave me a very useful hint !

The layout, "Sections in lines" and "$LANG in rows", is a good idea.

Please see the attached screenshot 'editing2.jpg'. Don't you think it's
easier to find where to fill [[Image:*.png]] ?

And my another opinion:

- Stutus "None" is apt to be misunderstood, IMHO. We need to
  discriminate between "there's no article for this section in this
  issue" and "this section is yet to come(we've not started editing this
  section yet, but the article shall be prepared)". So why don't we use
  [[Image:None.png]] for the former, [ ](blank) for the latter ?
