The sysops of zh.o.o and cn.o.o are almost the same people.
and the two wikis are for Simplified Chinese only.
Seem zh.o.o is obsolesce ?(I'm not sure)
I think announce zh_tw.o.o and cn.o.o is an good idea.
Chinese users can access one of these wikis by the "In other language"
pull-down menu in en.o.o
