I get several requests such as attached, till now I have been encouraging these, is there any policy regarding it or I can go ahead and let them do openSUSE promotion if it is of appropriate standard.
From the email, it's unclear exactly what the poster says / what is being promoted. If the idea is to promote a shop by giving away openSUSE DVDs, that should be fine. I don't think we have a specific policy regarding that.
I haven't seen the posters/banners yet, will send pictures before they put them up. The mall does not need promotion at all, it is a very massive place with thousands of shoppers visiting everyday, the posters will be promoting openSUSE there, so the shoppers are at least aware of something other than windows exist and it is available for free.
Well, there's nothing wrong with that. Glad they're doing it! I guess our policy would be to say "thanks, please keep it up."
