Some of us chatted after the meeting with Andreas and discussed a few
points.

* To increase accessibility to page and basically send out a "We care"
message, Andreas will add an option to switch to high-contrast view.

* Though I didn't get into this discussion, I think it was generally
agreed that the language option should be placed at the top of the page,
rather than the bottom.
