I can be the "official" contact for distribution here at Central America

I always do the copy / paste of the images .ISO of the released
version of openSUSE
here at my country, in different cities / lugs
(Managa, Leon, Chinandega, Esteli, Carazo, Granada)
I also keep contact with lugs in CentralAmerica (El Salvador,
Honduras, Guatemala)

I think that a lot of people thinks that the order page is like

The way to ask for your free Linux Ubuntu CD... (normaly they send 3 -
10 at most)
How can opensuse make a difference here ? :s

I have just asked for 800 - 1000 promoDVDs

We are doing like 2 meetings / events per month, usually openSUSE events,
but sometimes they are IT events where we get invited to present the
openSUSE project
Even when the meetings are about another distribution
(ubuntu/debian/fedora/mandriva)
we make a space and promote the GREEN distribution :)
