After uninstalling a package, OpenOffice_org-gnome, the problem has been solved.
Ah, that's easier than using the environment variable.
Regardless of OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP value, the default OOo in 9.2 is under Gnome theme, because the save dialog is now original(OOo's) one.
I don't understand why the environment variable had
no effect though because I also tested this on 9.2.
Anyway, uninstalling OpenOffice_org-gnome is probably the best
solution.
