What is everyone using for E<->J dictionary software for 9.1?
I noticed Gjiten/edicts/kanjidic weren't included in 9.1.
These were unfortunately omitted from the CD/DVD-set. And because the
FTP version is *identical* to the DVD this time, these packages are
missing in the FTP version as well.
There was no specific reason why they were omitted, this was
an accident when the CD/DVD images were created.
I'll try to make sure that this doesn't happen again next time.
Now I can only offer you the packages for download here:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/i586/gjiten-2.1-207.1.i586.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/src/gjiten-2.1-207.1.src.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/x86_64/gjiten-2.1-207.1.x86_64.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/noarch/edict-20030825-106.1.noarch.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/noarch/edict-emacs-0.9.8-719.1.noarch.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/src/edict-20030825-106.1.src.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/src/edict-emacs-0.9.8-719.1.src.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/noarch/wadokujt-20030810-107.noarch.rpm
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/9.1/src/wadokujt-20030810-107.src.rpm
These are not the only packages which were omitted, it did quite a lot
of other packages as well. Not only CJK related packages, but
unfortunately this accident did hit a lot of CJK related packages.
If you need anything else which is missing and was there in previous
versions of SuSE Linux, please tell me.
