Didn't you want to do the translations for YaST2?

If Tamil is a language YaST2 is translated in, an installation in
Tamil will be possible. And it will have it's own package selection
for Tamil, i.e. the Tamil fonts and Tamil IMEs will be installed
automatically when installing in Tamil.

Most probably Qt 3.2.x will be included in SuSE Linux 9.0.

Tamil already appears to work currently in Qt/KDE.
