Hi Guys,

I hope that this is the right place to ask these questions. If not,
please could some kind person point me in the right direction.

I have just downloaded and burnt the "Open SuSE 11.2 Lxde Live CD"
pointed to from the "Open SuSE" web site under "openSUSE Derivatives
Wiki".

I have checked the sha256sum and it is correct, so I am happy that I
have a good download and a good burn on the CD.

My problem is when I boot from the CD, everything proceeds as expected
until I get to the "Login" screen". At this point I have neither a
working mouse or keyboard ! With no way exit all I can do is power off
the machine.

Suggestions Anyone.

The machine is a P4 3.0 Ghz dual core cpu with 1.5Gb ram on a SIS 660
mainboard. Both the keyboard and mouse are PS2. I am currently
using "Open SuSE 11.1" with a KDE3.5.10 desktop on this machine without
any issues.

Thanks in advance.
