stable-3.8.y went until 3.8.13, so there is still a chance to get a 4.1.15 even without longterm.
Note that whoever can maintain 4.1 as longterm. So if we are going to release opensuse terminator edition, I promise to maintain 4.1 up to 4.1.15 :).
