Kernel before 12.3 RC2 was 3.7.9-1.4.1 and in RC2 it is 3.7.9-1.1.2. Was it really downgraded? It is causing a bit of confusion between testers.
The update repo has higher rebuild counters by definition and the way we copy back updates into the main distribution confuses not only the testers but also the release numbers. So don't worry, it's still the same sources. And we'll have 3.7.10 shortly.
