Its submitted to upstream and all patches except one is ACK-ed. I don't 
understand the reasoning for not including this patchset. It fixes a 
_lot_ of notebooks which is very important for the 12.1 release.

In my case waiting for 3.2 means missing 12.1 release and thats very 
bad. We need to support something as basic as a touchpad out of the box.
