Sure. We've been working through some infrastructure issues (gcc
segfaulting, etc) that have delayed Factory updates.

Not if you use the ftp.suse.com link, but each commit updates the
Kernel:HEAD project, which can be used as a proper zypper repo and OBS
build target.
