tracking /repositories/Kernel:/SL111_BRANCH/openSUSE_11.1, i've
noticed kernel-{source,syms,vanilla} have continued to progress &
build daily, but -- since July 2 -- all the other packages hav _not_
been rebuilt.

looks like a build problem,
