You can manually install Virtualbox (not using packages) and then call
/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
after every kernel update.
Don't know if you will find any precompiled vboxdrv module for 2.6.28.

Where can I find the source for virtualbox kernel module vboxdrv.ko?
(running the new 2.6.28.7 kernel on openSUSE 11.1 needs to recompile it)
You can manually install Virtualbox (not using packages) and then call
