Hello All,
First of all I am sorry for the delay and thank you for each
kindness reply. I have read ALL answers interestingly!
Hello Patrick and Felix,
Thank you for prompt reply!
I have tried to install Trinity Desktop Environment(TDE) on
fresh installed openSUSE Leap 42.2 in my VirtualBox environment
as below.
https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/OpenSUSEInstall
It works very well and easy to install, I think.
By the way, is it safe to shift ~/.kde to ~/.trinity or is it
necessary to do something?
Because I want to keep my KDE3 configuration to TDE if possible.
Thank you,
koga

I don't see any contradiction. Look in BOO and you'll see about the only KDE3 bug activity is mine filing new or following up old, little to nothing about fixing any other than build problems.
Well, nice to know that Trinity is mature (-: and in real use!).
A lot more activity on http://trinity-users.pearsoncomputing.net/ than here because a lot more users, spread across Mageia, Fedora, openSUSE, Debian, *buntu and more, and few bugs: only 30 new bugs filed in last 6 months that are not distro-specific, trivial, minor or enhancement.
