For the record, and as an update to my Livejournal entry, I have managed to install TDE R14 onto a copy of Leap running on a VirtualBox. It wasn't a particularly clean effort though as I used the 13.2 repo in the absence of a Leap repo and some of the dependencies were screwed so I had to install TDE in a number of sections, identifying the misrepresented "missing" dependencies as I went then making sure that they were either installed or they were in the repo and could be installed. I don't know if Trinity will have a full repo of its own but the result seems good enough. I was certainly glad to find that it could be done as my first attempt with Leap and KDE 4 was a total disaster! I actually ended up installing TDE over XFCE in the end. Having said that, I wonder if the current KDE for 13.2 would install? -- Chika On 15/11/2015 16:09, Carolin Liefke wrote: like power management for laptops etc.?
