I cloned a 12.2 (on purpose) KDE4 installation, removed (virtually) all of KDE4, enabled KDE:KDE3, then zypper installed whatever packages best matched this running 11.4/KDE3 installation. On starting KDE3 (via startx) I found personal settings missing, so exited, found and installed systemsettings-kde3, and tried again. Now, trying to use systemsettings, still missing from the menus, crashes:
