kdebase3-SuSE-11.3-8.1.x86_64 requires desktop-data-openSUSE-fixed, butYou should choose this one. I included the fixed package

desktop-data-openSUSE into KDE:KDE3 because it can take long for the patch to
be accepted in 11.4 If you are confused with the word "downgrade" you can see
that the versions of the packages are the same.
