I tried the first command. It complains about a number of 32bit architecture x86_64 packages with problem: libdouble-conversion.so.1 needed by libQt5Core5-32bit-5.7.0-42.1.x86_64 I choose to keep the obsolete package. The result was that 109 packages should be removed and 51 updated. So finally I canceled the command.
Do you really neeed libQt5Core5-32bit? Maybe accept the uninstallation, or remove it before trying to do the update. But yes, libdouble-conversion1 is available in the standard repos, though there doesn't seem to be a -32bit package. In other words, this may be worth a bug report against double-conversion (not maintained by the KDE team).
