As I have added some commands to the bootloader in Yast I found that it takes me up to 10 minutes to open the bootloader and for the saving of the new bootloader.
CPU use 50% of my total of 4Gb. Y2base in Ksysguard says it it is waitingfor something to happen and gives as status 'sleeping'
Have the feeling that something is broken on my system. I have already reinstalled all grub2 files but without any progress. Where should I start looking for an improvement of the bootloader?
Not directly related to kde, but don't worry. Having so long time means often too much initrd have to be rebuilded. Check how much kernel-version you have installed rpm -qa | grep kernel-default or use yast -> tabs version once you highlight kernel-default. -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch openSUSE Member, fsfe fellowship GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
