Unfortunately this has one issue. Muon doesn't support zypper as a backend, so it doesn't integrate with the openSUSE packagemanager. Until this is fixed, Muon is not an alternative for openSUSE.
It does have a PackageKit backend, and as mentioned the current version does seem to work on openSUSE. But I saw now that it doesn't even build on Leap... It build-requires appstream-qt5 which also fails to build on Leap.
