Problem solved!
It seems not a dolphin's bug.
I checked every commit between shared-mime-info 1.2 and 1.3 at 
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/shared-mime-info/log and found this
specific commit which cause the problem:

the patch in the attachment will work
PS: I made one thing wrong:
/usr/share/mime/application/x-cd-image.xml is generated from
/usr/share/mime/packages/freedesktop.xml, so there's no 2 files 
with the same content, actually they come from the same source.
Okay. I removed lines 7951 to 7972 and saved freedesktop.org.xml and
that fixed the problem.
The iso files are no longer associated with text/plain. Even the icon
came back.

You are correct the patch added between 1.2 and 1.3 referring to
x-wii-rom broke the ISO.
