[opensuse-kde] testing kf5 plasma next

hi all, I've installed plasma-next-session according to the wiki (13.1): http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:KDE_repositories#Plasma_Next After login into plasma next I see only the background and after a while the mouse icon changes according my settings. Nothing more. The .xsession-errors-:0 says: http://susepaste.org/97607836 As I see, kf5-config is missing. Which package provides this executable? It is a packaging bug or an upstream bug?
