Hm, how is everything working properly in KDE:Current then, without this issue?
Hi Greg, In KDE:Current we have the branding-openSUSE package there, but it is disabled. We only need the kde-branding-openSUSE stuff from that package in case we bump the KDE SC version from 4.12 to 4.13.
Why doesn't KDE:Current need this package?
KDE:Current doesn't need this particular package as that it relies on the underlying branding-openSUSE package from the oS version it builds against. KDE:Current will not change any openSUSE branding :)
2) Keep the branding-openSUSE package at the correct version of 13.1 and only bump the versioning here with every real openSUSE update.
Bump the versioning where?
I noticed that you are building the branding-openSUSE package with version 13.2. Tumbleweed is actually based on 13.1, so this is causing issues with all kind of branding packages. As that you are building against openSUSE 13.1 anyway, you should just disable this package (DO NOT DELETE, as that we need kde-branding-openSUSE) and only delete the binaries build from branding- openSUSE. Hope this clarifies it a little further :) Regards Raymond -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
