I've got git snapshots of LXDE-Qt packaged up in devel:cloverleaf:lxqt, built for 13.1 and Factory.
Those of you that used, or gave Razor-Qt a testdrive in the past will pretty much recognize everything. As a default, it will pull in openbox for the default window manager, but I have confirmed that it works fine with KWin if that's your preference.
I've also put together a pattern, lxde-qt that will install everything you need (except lightdm, and lxqt-lightdm-greeter, I've left those as recommends, instead of requires, as I didn't feel like changing display managers for my own stuff, and it gets along fine with kdm and sddm)
Anyway, give it a look if you like, and kick it a bit, see if anything breaks. I've not done much more than get it installed in a vm, and confirm

it plays nice with kwin
Hello! Great news!
For some some reason lxqt pulls gcc and lots of devel packages. Could you fix it please? May be you forgot to split out development files into subpackages…
Hrmmm, it shouldn't. It didn't on my VM.....
