Hi Dennis, these kind of contacts are provided from nepomuk (database). Possible ways would be to: a) run nepomukcleaner if those contacts are nowhere referenced in your mails b) delete those references and do a) ;-) c) turn off nepomuk (completion) - completion from nepomuk can be turned off, but iirc then the akonadi based one won't work. Only way is to disable nepomuk , if you need autocomplete.
If you'll use nepomukcleaner (recommended anyway) just note that it can take quite some time while it finishes - depending on db size.

I've tried those several times and since 4.10 or 4.11 it's becoming stupid. I want to see the last 32 emails as setup in recent, and have my contacts first There's still improvements to be done in 2014's pim hackfest.
