As promised I would provide Status updates after each important step in the KDE Repository changes. I would like to inform you all that at this moment all applications based on KDE/Qt, have been moved from KDE:Distro:Factory to KDE:Extra. Also Factory has been changed with regards to the devel-project for these applications.
