[opensuse-kde] What's the status of systemd-logind integration in KDE?

Recently I heard that Fedora wants to get rid of ConsoleKit. This would mean that KDE (and XFCE, and LXDE) supports systemd-logind. Is it the case? Or is Fedora just patching KDE?
