I do not need a competent authority to use software. ^^^ Finally you did understand! A competent authority is indeed not needed to use software. Only for maintaining and judging the maintenance status a competent authority is needed.
Just stick to your own words and you won't fall into the trap of believing to actually maintain what you only use and maybe package. Thanks for allowing me to leave this thread with a bit of hope for those that thought they would use software maintained by a competent authority.
