I don't know who Tony is, yet I think he is not part of the KDE-team, so I'm 
not sure why he closed that bug. And the changed xml-file could be included in 
KDF and KRxy already.

upstream, there is no kmix dev at opensuse.

not sure, could be partly zypper related. Yet it is possible to install 
patches that require the user to accept an EULA if one repeats the process.
