For Firefox there is a setting that enables the use of KDE file dialogs in Firefox. Is there such an option for Thunderbird too?
it depends on what you mean. If you mean the KDE integration which is used when the openSUSE Firefox is used under KDE or some addon from somewhere to do that?
The first is a bigger patch in the openSUSE Firefox version which can be ported to Thunderbird as well but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Firefox is/was the default browser in openSUSE so it makes sense but Thunderbird is not the default mailer.

Wolfgang actually a bunch of people are tired of kmail2 problems and the slow fixes rate. They want to use Thunderbird. It would be really a very nice improvement in term of integration if a such patch can be applied Did you have a direct pointer to that one, I'm interested to get it and give a try or try to get :D Which will allow me to remove the unmaintained KGtk hack I use actually. The real dream (at least in my point of view) would be all gtk based program use the default env file/print dialog box Avoiding me to maintain two kind of shortcut for my frequent places. [1] KGtk 0.10 give some good results, but I think I've some patches on it, that has not been fixed by upstream project http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=36077 -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch openSUSE Member & Ambassador GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
