In order to get rid of the black screen issue with recent KDE 4.7.x releases I updated to Qt 4.8.0. This solves the issue.
But, Qtcurve looks terrible with this version of Qt. There are no borders, no lines around input fields.
Who uses Qtcurve as well and has borders and lines set for input boxes and buttons? It would be nice if someone could send me his Qtcurve configuration. It can be found at ~/.kde4/share/apps/QtCurve
Or can someone point me to the settings option in the KDE style settings where I can add borders in Qtcurve to input boxes and buttons? This is all I want, more borders and lines.
Thanx Malte I love my QtCurve. Thats a bummer that it gets borked. I found that background images and some other elements really slow the performance of it, but the "Eleganzaextravaganza" attached is elegant and performs comparably to Oxygen. The other two tend to be slower.
