Since I updated (in the morning) KDE4.6 to KDE4.7 I have graphical problems with Firefox and Thunderbird. See the pictures:

other GTK apps are not affected (like gimp, chrome, libreoffice).

opensuSUSE 11.3 x86_64 KDE4.7.0 Nvidia Geforce 9800GT with NVIDIA 270.41.06

i've seen this too, a while ago, while i was on KDE 4.7 from the KUSC repo. i reverted to 4.6 again, now back to 4.7 (KDF), and the problem didn't reappear. BUT in the meantime my X11 server got updated (i'm using those from the X11/org repos), and i also upgraded my nvidia driver (275.21). so unfortunately i'm not sure what fixed the problem (openSUSE 11.4, by the way).

if nothing else helps, you might want to try the latest X11 from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/, and/or the latest nvidia driver.

a few minutes ago i updated to nvidia driver 275.21. And it seems the problem is solved by the new driver version.
