Its a dependency problem, kdepimlibs4 depended on 
libakonadiprotocolinternals1 without a specific version and Akonadi 
changed ABI in the last release.

So it would update kdepimlibs4 but wouldn't update akonadi-runtime due 
to some other dependency and you would end up in a broken system.

This is now fixed and OBS is building new packages.
