My file ~/.kde4/share/config/kwinrc also contains a line

with OpenGLIsUnsafe=false

But the effects going well after i disable direct rendering and set
Composite-Typ to OpenGL in KDE system settings.

(glxinfo | grep rendering says: direct rendering Yes)
