there seems to be some trouble building the repos, according to this URL, which 
i got from the openSUSE forums:

https://build.opensuse.org/project/monitor?blocked=0&building=0&dispatching=0&finished=0&project=KDE%3ARelease%3A46&scheduled=0&signing=0&succeeded=0

looks sort of frightening, but i'm hopeful & confident things will get sorted 
out...
