The qt library dependencies are available in KDE:Distro:Factory.  They
are just direct copies of the versions in KDE:Qt.  However, with the
switch to Qt 4.7.2 the repositories keep updating so the package
dependencies get out of whack.  You should probably just avoid
updating until everything settles down, at which point you won't need
the KDE:Qt repository anymore.

However, depending on when KDE 4.6.1 goes in KDE:Distro:Factory things
may not settle down for a day or two.
