Message #7 in branch and trunk in docmessages/kdesdk/kate_fundamentals.pot reads:
Open the &kde; program menu by clicking on the big <guiicon>K</guiicon> icon on the toolbar at the bottom left of your screen. This will raise a menu. Move your cursor up the menu to the <menuchoice><guimenu>Applications guimenu><guisubmenu>Utilities</guisubmenu> <guimenuitem>Advanced Text Editor &kate;</guimenuitem></menuchoice> menu item.
However it should read as:
Open the &kde; program menu by clicking on the big <guiicon>K</guiicon> icon on the toolbar at the bottom left of your screen. This will raise a menu. Move your cursor up the menu to the <menuchoice><guimenu>Applications
guimenu><guisubmenu>Utilities</guisubmenu><guisubmenu>Editor
u> <guimenuitem>Advanced Text Editor &kate;</guimenuitem></menuchoice> menu item.
Note the added <guisubmenu>Editor</guisubmenu>
/me has Applications->Utilities->Advanced Text Editor &kate; in trunk + branch compiled from sources, no additional 'Editor'.
I have openSUSE 11.4 RC2 with KDE SC 4.6.0 and I have Editor in between.
Might be openSUSE playing with you, i don't have an Editor in the middle either with Archlinux 4.6.0.

In fact in trunk it is not in kdesdk but in kdebase-runtime. Any comment? -- fr.gr. Freek de Kruijf -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
