Yes, I found it in KDE:Factory for openSUSE 11.2. It would be easier to
find if it was in KDE:/Release:/46/openSUSE_11.2/ and there it is not.
And upower still is missing.
Everything would be *easier* to find if it was in the same place :^)
Why don't you dl the rpm-source for upower and rebuild it for 11.2?
It was available at-one-time as I have it installed in 11.2,
upower-0.9.1-1.1.x86_64. It is a requirement of pm-utils.
