K:D:F. If eric would require this higher version, then the only way forward I
can see is to submit them to d:l:p, which will submit them to o:F and then we
could link these packages back into K:D:F and enable the build for 11.3, 11.2,
etc.

Description: This is one of three updated python packages needed
to get
pylint working with Eric.
Why not simple require the versions in eric and tell users who wonder
to enable devel:languages:python? I don't see any value in building the same
packages in KDF just for eric. People using eric are very likely to also
use d:l:p.
