I already declined the three SR's for the same reason. I am not sure if the 
versions submitted here are of a higher version than in d:l:p, but the 
packages are also in o:F, so definitely we can not push a higher version in 
K:D:F. If eric would require this higher version, then the only way forward I 
can see is to submit them to d:l:p, which will submit them to o:F and then we 
could link these packages back into K:D:F and enable the build for 11.3, 11.2, 
etc.
