The memo was basically a bunch of talk on irc so far while we get it sorted 
out.

It's not published to mirrors/download.opensuse.org yet but you can get it 
with "osc getbinaries KDE:Medias kde-reloaded images i586" (using your 
build.opensuse.org login, which should be the same as your bugzilla and other 
Novell credentials).
