seen, then up comes the panel for messing with the panel. But alas, no click

I'll be looking for the disable tooltips thingie. I am glad to see I can now
open Dolphin as root and click on a file and it opens in kwrite without having
to go through all kinds of girations. Thanks developers.

You can move widgets by clicking the "cashew", the yellow thing at theI tried that. First you have to unlock the widgets then the cashew will be
right of the panel, then just clicking and dragging. The feature to
disable tooltips will be present in KDE 4.5.
