* there is consensus that there should be KDE:Distribution:STABLE and 
KDE:Distribution:Factory for development of packages for the distribution, 
KDE:UNSTABLE for SVN snapshots, KDE:Extra for additional stable packages that 
are not part of the distribution, KDE:Backports for stable backports of 
distribution packages, KDE:Playground for testing and unstable packages
* the naming is not final, discussion about how to make it the most intuitive
* AI: llunak summing repo structure up, asking for comments and then posting 
it somewhere and doing a poll
* the changes should be done before 11.3 to minimize the impact
* AI: wstephenson ask adrian about transitional measures for repo renaming
* AI: llunak,wstephenson document how-to-maintain Extra
** KDE:Extra and KDE:Backports require additional maintainers that would 
review the status of the repositories to ensure quality
